Samuel is a result-driven leader and Managing Partner at b&p. He advises European industrial companies across all sectors, with a special focus on plant and process automation, manufacturing technologies, automotive and construction industries.
With over 18 years of experience in key management roles, for renowned companies like Porsche, thyssenkrupp and TKE, Samuel brings deep expertise in sales, operational excellence, technology utilization, business development, and transformation.
His goal is to help clients achieve sustainable growth, boost productivity and performance, and successfully develop and launch new products.
Throughout his career, he has served clients across Europe, China and Africa.
Additionally, Samuel supports companies in distressed situations as a CRO and Interim Manager, helping them turnaround and recover competitiveness and profitability. Samuel holds a degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering with an EMBA from the university of Liechtenstein. He is fluent in German and English. Outside work he enjoys mountaineering and serves as a SAC tour guide.
Otto W. Bauer
Otto is a Senior Consultant at b&p in Istanbul, with over 40 years of comprehensive industrial expertise. Operating as the seasoned “silver back” in the background, he has held senior management positions at Institute Dr. Förster and Festo Germany & Turkey, and successfully established subsidiaries and distribution channels in more than 30 countries across Latin America, the Near and Middle East, and Asia.
A passionate advocate for education and workforce development, Otto was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit for his contributions to Turkey’s dual education system. He is also a Co-Founder of the TEGEV Foundation, the Founder of FAB Academy, and the Institute for Sustainable Development (ISD).
His career has consistently focused on the professional and sustainable growth of thousands of SMEs through employee development, organizational enhancement, and technological advancement.
Otto’s expertise spans strategy, organizational development, sales growth, and business transformation. His core mission is to support organizations in achieving sustainable growth, improving productivity, and enhancing overall performance.
He holds degrees in Physical and Industrial Engineering and is fluent in German, English, and Turkish.
